Ryan is an org guy who is starting at AA and putting up half-decent numbers. However, with a potential drop in his arm slot he could see a tick more deception and become a potential LOOGY. He displays solid command and control of all three pitches, and some alterations with the delivery might be what gets him into a major league bullpen.
