Semi-wind up, full arc to low-three-quarters. Tornadic and upper body heavy, very upright at foot strike, plus arm speed. Unorthodox, but repeats well enough. |

Four-seam is primarily used against lefties, command is average, can beat batters up in the zone, rides well. |

Borderline 70 projection here. Sink and run, bat misser, bat breaker, can get in under the hands, commands a little better than 4S which he can overthrow. still had 95 deeper in the start. |

Big, sweeping 10-5 power breaker, spin monster, inconsistent depth and can show as GS chase too much when he overthrows, but can spot or bury and flashes 7. changed levels/angles well with FB/CU combo. Worked back from 3-0 with two wicked breakers in a jam, but got a little lazy and lost a tick or two on it later on. |

Shows a little wrinkle, but very firm and kinda nothing pitch, used sparingly, sells it okay, flashed average |
Vasquez is a smaller righty, and past that there are a lot of reliever markers here, but its at least 6/6 in short bursts and one of those might get to a 7. Reasonable shot to start if he gets the change to functional, and the top two pitches might be good enough on their own if the frame holds up. Honestly, it's a plus fastball, plus secondary with change and command questions, the performance has run him up to Double-A and that prospect usually makes the 101. Don't have a great reason to keep him off. Third starter or late inning reliever OFP.
