LG 6'2 200 lb. frame w/ a thick, mature build. Pitches from an easy, medium tempo delivery w/ a quick arm & L3/4 release. Will run into trouble synching his delivery at times, resulting in inconsistent command/control. |

Enjoyed a post-draft velo spike & now works 92-94, touching 96 w/ some life, albeit w/ below-average command. Will show flashes of average or better command within starts, but it seemingly comes & goes on a whim. Still plays as an above-average offering that can be used to miss bats at the top of the strike zone.

Has taken a big step forward. Minimal movement profile, but sells it well w/ good arm speed. Has success using it against RHH's. Solid to above-average offering. |

Sweeping 10/4 shape that is incredibly tough on LHH's. Uptick in velo has added more power, giving it swing/miss tilt when on. Roughly average command w/ the feel to +/- depending on the situation. Strong above-average offering. |
The stuff & pitchability is good enough to profile as a mid-rotation starter, but there is significant backend starter/bullpen risk given inconsistencies in both control/command.
