Inverted W motion paired with a 3/4 arm slot release. A medium leg kick comes with the windup, hides the ball well behind his front shoulder. |

Heavy fastball with good command, generates lots of ground balls. Batters struggle to elevate, especially in bottom half of zone. |

At the top end acts as a power changeup. Has a good amount of drop, hitters struggle to time it. |

Pairs well with fastball. Loopy at times, 12-5 shape when on. Unafraid to throw it in any count. |
Adrian Morejon is a young three pitch lefty with good stuff but injury concerns. Morejon has spent the bulk of his season in two inning starts, after fighting through injuries at season's open. The fastball and changeup are both quite good, and while inconsistent the curveball flashes on that same level. Morejon knows when to deploy it, displaying strong pitchability.
Morejon has a high ceiling limited only by how his body holds up against future injury. At only 20, his body maturity is still in progress which should aide in that process. When right, Morejon is a major league starter with strong strikeout potential. A fallback plan sees him becoming a relief ace, going multiple innings to bridge from starter to other high end relievers.
