| Very athletic, with lean frame and still some room to fill out. Slower, deliberate windup with a slightly swinging leg kick, exaggerated separation, and crossover a la Jered Weaver. Crossover and aggressive front side can cause a big follow through to the first base side, messing with command. Clean 3/4 arm action with little effort. Could utilize his lower half more. |

Kremer K'd 178 batters in 2018, the most in the minors, mostly a product of generating tons of swing and misses with his fastball and curveball. He has great mound presence and a feel for pitching. Having two above-average or better pitches with average command gives him a pretty good chance of being a back-end arm. Fixing up the slight imbalance towards the end of his delivery and utilizing his legs better could help him maintain velocity and command better, helping him reach his upmost ceiling of a no. 3 starter.
