Pitch is consistently in and around zone, best have late slider/cutter action. The more traditional-looking floaters he struggles to keep in the zone, misses armside and easy to lay off. Will lose the pitch for a batter or two on occasion. Will throw an occasional harder one, but doesn't feel like two distinct knuckleballs. |

I mean, it is a knuckleballer.
Given the system he's in and their mechanical similarities, Jannis will draw R.A. Dickey comps. He does not have Dickey's two distinct knuckleballs or his overall command of the pitch though. Likely an upper minors inning eater for a few years.
