Windle gets by with a plus fastball and a solid ability to sequence. Unfortunately, the secondary stuff isn't eye-popping and often is left over the plate and hittable. While he holds his velocity just fine, I see a better fit for him in the bullpen, where hopefully the fastball can rise a few ticks and the slider can become more of a weapon.
