Hit 50 Left-handed bat w/ a wide stance & toe-tap load. Got off to a slow start, letting his swing/approach get out of control & leaving him susceptible to spin/offspeed, but toned things down & showed significant improvement down the stretch. He'll still take aggressive hacks in positive counts, but will shorten up, control the barrel & work gap-gap when behind in the count
Power 50 Solid to above-avg raw power & can hit the ball out to all fields in-game. 20-25 HR impact
Baserunning/Speed 45 40-grade run times, but the speed plays up underway in the field & on the basepaths


Glove 45 Bit of a clunky athlete & isn't the most instinctual defender. Fringy to below-avg in either corner
Arm 50 Avg strength. Enough to handle RF on at least a part-time basis
Overall

Rodriguez lacks the carrying tool to help him provide value in an everyday role, but should produce enough offensively to profile as a left-handed bench bat.
