Hit	50	Hits from an upright, open stance w/ a big early leg kick. Quick hands w/ plus bat speed & solid-avg bat control. Really struggled to recognize/react to spin early in the season, but has slowly showed improvement in that regard. Pitch recognition/swing decisions are still fringy & he will do most of his damage against fastballs, but can punish bad spin left up over the plate
Power	55	Generates plus raw power to all fields. Projects for 25-30 HR impact at maturity
Baserunning/Speed	50	Consistent 4.28-4.35 run times from the RH side. Chance he loses a half step w/ continued physical maturity
Glove	45	Avg hands w/ plenty of arm, but fringy range & a proneness to focus-related mistakes on routine plays (inconsistent footwork, delivering inaccurate throws), though some of that should work itself out w/ continued reps & maturity. Likely slides over to 3B in deference to a stronger defender, but should be able to turn in playable defense at SS through his twenties

The ceiling for a 19-year old shortstop w/ plus power potential is significant, but w/ pitch recognition concerns & a likely slide down the defensive spectrum, the most realistic outcome is that of an above-avg regular
