Hit	50	Setup is a mirror image from right and left. Right side has more lift; left side, more rotational and stays in the zone a while. Advanced approach, but was out of sync against marginal stuff. Looked good hunting fastballs early, but could get indecisive deeper in counts. Can foul off tough stuff, but quality of contact from the left side wasn't great. Pulled groundballs and not as loud as you'd like. Hits the ball hard enough that you'd expect him to sort this out.
Power	50	Not a power hitter's swing per se, but strong and the ball jumps from the right side. Plus raw but would expect game power to play to average.
Baserunning/Speed	30	4.38-4.51. Aggressive baserunner, and he plays above his raw speed on the bases. Not fast, but not a station-to-station guy either.
Glove	80	Elite receiver. Quiet and soft hands. Steals strikes down and off the corners. Moves well laterally. Pitchers not afraid to throw their best stuff in the dirt.
Arm	50	Gets out of the crouch well, smooth transfer and gets the ball out quickly. Only average arm strength, but puts the ball right to the base in 2.0 seconds more often than not.

The allure of Rutschman has always been the possibility of a plus, two-way catcher. There's probably only three or so in the majors right now, and there's rarely more than that at any time. The glove more than holds up its end of the bargain, and even if he hits .200, he will be employed in the majors for a good long while. He should hit a fair bit more than that, but didn't show obvious plus offensive tools in this look. .260 and 15-20 home runs with this glove is still an All-Star though, at least under the game's current reliance on the human element for ball/strike calls.
